Citavi

We have a shared Citavi Group in the lab, and we must report all papers that are published (only published papers, no preprints) there. The responsible authors in a publication are required to log in to our Citavi group online and add their paper to our collection. You can access Citavi via the URL https://citaviweb.citavi.com/start. This will lead you to a login website, where you have to make sure to pass the information that you log in via the University of Passau. Since we will have invited you to our Citavi Group, you should have access to the group directly, once you have successfully logged in.

We divide the year into two halfs, following roughly the semester times. The first half, until end of June is called year-1 (with year being 2024, 2025, etc.) and the half from July to end of December is called year-2.

In Citavi, you can add information on a bibliographic entry. We use the Group attribute of references to assign the articles to the respective half of the respective year.

The following graphic gives an example of the Citavi Website, where the group 2024-1 has been selected, showing the four articles that have been published so far by our group.
